back and forth

A man in a dark shirt kneels on the floor beside a bed, repeatedly swinging his right arm in a wide arc toward the head of the bed where another man lies under a blanket, appearing to be asleep or unresponsive. The man on the floor moves his arm in a looping motion, as if trying to wake or interact with the man in bed, while the man in bed remains still throughout the sequence. The scene takes place in a dimly lit bedroom with purple walls and a patterned bedspread.
