A young man in a white shirt and suspenders smiles widely in a close-up, then the scene cuts to him in a dark coat leaning on a ship's railing at dusk, looking down, before cutting to him and a woman standing together on the deck at sunset with their arms outstretched, smiling as they face the horizon, then returning to the man alone on the railing, and finally back to the close-up of him smiling. The setting is the deck of a large ship at sea during the day and at sunset.
