A man in a white t-shirt sits at a table, resting his chin on his hand, as another man's hand enters the frame from the left. The scene cuts to a living room where a man labeled "ЖОСУ" crawls on the floor while attached to a resistance band, being observed by two other men labeled "Егоров" and "Семикоз" who are seated and watching. The man on the floor pulls himself forward along the floor, moving from left to right across the room.
