Where's CC?

In a dark, aquatic environment, a character falls through the water while a mechanical vehicle moves across the surface, with a chat log in the lower left corner displaying Russian text about a player named Kisonka. The scene then cuts to an older man in a suit and glasses, sitting and speaking in a dimly lit room with green curtains in the background.
