The very one

A man in a black shirt repeatedly punches a large, cylindrical punching bag suspended from the ceiling in a room with concrete walls and a wooden wall panel, while three other men sit around a small table watching him. The man throws a series of punches, causing the bag to swing back and forth, and he moves around it, stepping forward and back, while the others observe, one laughing at one point.
