Quimby

The scene alternates between an empty mayor's office with a seal reading "Mayor of Springfield" and a man in a blue uniform kneeling to water a potted plant, which is later revealed to be a marijuana plant. The man remains in the same position, pouring water from a blue watering can, while the setting shifts back and forth between the office and the room with the plant.
