District B13

A man in a grey t-shirt stands on a rooftop, looking up, then turns and walks toward the edge, raising his hand as if to balance or signal. The scene cuts to a black Ford Mustang speeding through a dusty industrial area, kicking up dirt and smoke as it races across a dirt lot.
