Disgusting

A man in a suit and glasses sits at a desk in an office, speaking and gesturing with his right hand while his left hand rests on a keyboard. The scene cuts to a man in a black beanie and jacket standing on a city street, looking at the camera as pedestrians and vehicles pass behind him.
