A large yellow Pac-Man character and a person in a red hooded costume run across a city street crosswalk, interacting with pedestrians and vehicles, while a person in a blue costume runs in the opposite direction; the scene shifts to a storefront where the red-costumed person enters, then reappears running across the street again.
