Draw a star

Blue, lightning-like tendrils emerge from a central point against a black background, expanding outward into a symmetrical, star-like pattern before retracting back to the center in a continuous loop. The pattern grows more complex with intricate geometric shapes and fractal details in the center as it expands, then simplifies as it contracts.
