Screwed the guy over

In a room with orange walls and a wooden bench, a man in a trench coat grabs another man by the collar, then releases him, causing the seated man to fall back in shock. The scene cuts to a man in a blue uniform with a large mustache, who is initially smug but then reacts with surprise. The sequence repeats with the man in the trench coat grabbing the seated man again, and the man with the mustache reacting with increasing alarm.
