Mishka from Odessa

A man in a suit sits at a desk with flags behind him, holding a phone to his ear and then bringing his other hand to his mouth, before the scene cuts to a chaotic outdoor confrontation where a man is being restrained on the ground by others, one of whom is holding a gun, and then to a split screen of two men in suits, one of whom is the man from the first scene, who then appears in a close-up smiling while holding a phone to his ear.
