The fuck, cops?

A yellow bulldozer drives through a city street, colliding with and pushing aside cars, including a police vehicle, while two figures ride on its tracks and in the bucket. The scene unfolds on a multi-lane road beneath overpasses and near a concrete-lined waterway, with the bulldozer moving forward and lifting its bucket as it navigates the traffic.
