A person wearing blue gloves uses spray paint cans to create a mural on a wall, adding yellow and black sections to a design that includes a red star and hammer and sickle emblem, while another man in a striped shirt observes from a lower position; the scene takes place indoors, likely in a stairwell or hallway, with multiple spray paint cans visible on a concrete step.
