He's alive

A man with reddish hair, wearing a white sweater with a patterned collar and a blue Olympic medal around his neck, speaks while looking slightly off-camera. He stands in a hallway with light pink walls, and other people are visible in the background. The lower third of the screen displays a green graphic with the text "ВИКТОР АН" and "трехкратный чемпион Олимпийских игр в Сочи по шорт-треку".
