A man in a blue and white plaid shirt and sunglasses sits in the driver's seat of a white car, pressing his hands to his ears and grimacing as if in pain. He then leans forward, exits the vehicle, and collapses onto the pavement beside the car. Another man in a dark t-shirt and sunglasses is visible in the passenger seat, watching. The scene takes place in a paved outdoor area, likely a parking lot.
