F is for failure

A man in a dark jacket walks through a store aisle, approaches the exit turnstiles, and as he passes through, he trips and falls forward onto the floor, landing face down near a shopping cart. The scene takes place inside a retail store with shelves of products, a checkout counter, and an exit sign.
