Valera bug

Two men are in a room, one sitting at a desk with a computer and a bright light source, the other standing and repeatedly swinging his arms in a rhythmic, dance-like motion. The standing man moves his arms back and forth in front of his body, sometimes raising them, while the seated man watches and occasionally reacts, all within a simple indoor setting with a desk, computer, and a wall clock.
