A construction worker in blue overalls is lifted vertically by a rope and pulley system from the ground to an open window on a high floor of a partially completed multi-story building, while another worker in a blue vest watches from the ground. The scene takes place at a construction site with exposed dirt and building materials, with the building's facade featuring white, yellow, and brown sections.
