Dancing goat?

A man in a striped shirt repeatedly pushes a brown goat with white markings on a paved road, while the goat resists and moves forward. A woman in a white shirt and blue pants runs away from the interaction on the right side of the frame. In the background, several people stand near a building with blue walls and a satellite dish. The scene repeats in a loop, showing the man's persistent attempts to move the goat.
