who are you?

A small figure in a coat and hat stands in the rain, holding a string attached to a large, skeletal, horse-like creature that is being pulled forward through a flooded landscape. The scene shifts to show two figures watching from the side as the creature walks, then a large, grotesque face appears in the sky above them, all under a continuous downpour.
