Raw meat chunks are placed in a metal bowl, into which water and a dark liquid are poured, followed by a hand grating a white substance into the mixture. The scene then cuts to a close-up of a bubbling green liquid, into which a young boy with blonde hair and a white headband is submerged, first appearing with closed eyes and a smile, then opening his eyes and holding chopsticks to his mouth.
