And keep the flies away

At a train station, a blue-haired girl in a school uniform performs a martial arts move, flipping a boy over her shoulder, then holds him in a chokehold before handing him a stack of papers. The sequence begins with the girl executing the throw at the station entrance, transitions to a close-up of the boy being held, then shows the girl's surprised expression as she holds the papers, followed by a close-up of the boy's shocked face, and ends with the girl calmly handing the papers to the boy.
