The title card for the animated series "Postman Pat" is displayed against a backdrop of a green, hilly village with houses and trees. The scene then cuts to a silver car with blue racing stripes speeding along a road at night, followed by a close-up of a hand shifting gears, and finally a close-up of the character Postman Pat, a man with a long nose and glasses, smiling.
