What the fuck?

A young girl in a bright pink coat and white hat stands by a black metal gate in a snowy yard, peeking through the bars, then turns and takes a photo with a small camera before ducking back behind the gate. The scene is set outdoors in winter, with snow on the ground and a building visible in the background.
