Saw it after all

Two men sit at a curved desk in a television studio, facing each other and a large screen displaying a photo of a mascot with several men in suits; the man on the right gestures with his hands while speaking. The scene cuts to a still image of a white, fluffy mascot in a yellow shirt with a blue and red emblem, standing with a group of men in suits and traditional Middle Eastern attire, all smiling and posing for a photo.
