Lost a slipper

A person with short dark hair, wearing a blue patterned shirt and carrying a white strap bag, stands on a sidewalk at night, looking across a grassy area where another person in a dark shirt is seen falling and then sitting on the ground. The scene is illuminated by distant streetlights, with a metal railing separating the sidewalk from the grass.
