White Chinese guy

A clown in a sailor costume pours from a wooden barrel into a funnel, then a man in a military uniform and red scarf dances with a long stick, causing a metal container to emit smoke and a bottle to fill with a white substance. The scene takes place in a wooden room with a table holding various props.
