Where's the money?

The main subject is a man in a suit and glasses, who is speaking and gesturing with his right hand while seated at a table with a microphone, against a backdrop of a Russian flag and a plain wall. The scene cuts to another man in a suit, who is also speaking and looking slightly to his left, with a red background behind him.
