Little powders

A man in a white robe walks across a bare room with a hospital bed, then the scene cuts to a young man at a table who turns and smiles at the camera. The scene then cuts to two men in a car, one in the driver's seat wearing a hat and holding a garland, and the other in the passenger seat with white cream on his face, both looking forward and reacting to something outside the car.
