Hey, you mutt

A Belgian Malinois dog with its mouth open and teeth showing looks up and to the side, its head tilting slightly, in a tiled indoor setting. The scene cuts to a man with a long white beard wearing a black cap with "OBEY" and pixelated sunglasses, who appears to be speaking into a microphone, with green pyramid graphics overlaid on the image.
