A man in a black shirt and white shorts performs a backflip in a sandy yard, launching from a crouched position, rotating backward in the air, and landing on his feet. The scene is set outdoors on a sunny day, with a blue exercise ball on the sand, a wooden fence, trees, and houses in the background.
