Majorettes.

A group of drummers in red and white uniforms perform on a stage at night, holding their drums and mallets in a synchronized pose. The performers remain mostly stationary, with slight movements of their arms and heads, while a band plays on a lit stage in the background and spectators watch from behind a barrier.
