A second before

A man in a light blue shirt walks toward a street vendor at night, then turns and runs away as a woman in a black top follows him. The man stumbles and falls near a parked police car, where a police officer in camouflage gear approaches and kicks him while he lies on the ground. The scene takes place on a dimly lit street at night, with parked cars and a concrete wall in the background.
