I'm Oleh Liashko

A man in a dark suit and white shirt appears in two contrasting settings: first, in a modern, warmly lit room where he speaks directly to the camera with an animated expression, and second, in a grainy, low-resolution video from September 15, 1993, where he sits at a table in a plain room, looking down and then up with a pensive expression. The sequence alternates between the two scenes, showing the man in the present-day setting speaking and the man in the archival footage making subtle movements and facial expressions.
