Aspirin

A cartoon character with a top hat and monocle gestures with his hand, then the scene cuts to a close-up of his hand holding a coin, followed by a shot of a faceless character with a neutral expression that changes to a frown, then returns to the first character, and finally shows the character in a cave setting with two other characters, one tied to a post and another holding a whip.
