Little chicken

A man in a dark suit and tie sits at a desk, speaking into a microphone, raising his right index finger, then closing his fist, and finally resting his hand on the desk. The scene cuts to the same man in a different setting, seated in a chair, wearing a dark jacket over a light shirt, resting his chin on his right hand, with a television screen displaying a news broadcast behind him.
