Fire choo-choo

A man in a blue uniform and white cap stands outside a light-colored car, speaking with a man in a blue shirt and white cap who is holding a megaphone, while a second man in a blue shirt and white cap stands nearby; the scene then cuts to the interior of the car, where the man in the uniform sits in the driver's seat and the man in the cap sits in the passenger seat, looking out the windshield as the car drives away down a road.
