Lada Dudoser

A man in a dark outfit stands on the roof of a white police car with Cyrillic lettering, illuminated by flashing red and green lights and surrounded by smoke. He moves rhythmically, raising his arms and gesturing while standing on the car, which is parked in front of a building at night.
