Two puppet characters, a blonde boy in a red cape and a boy in a yellow vest with a red bow tie, stand behind a stone counter in a brightly lit, colorful setting with bunting. They look forward, then the boy in the yellow vest looks down and begins to move his hands as if writing or working on something, while the blonde boy watches him. The lighting shifts through various colors throughout the loop.
