The most handsome

Two men with oversized heads stand on a grassy bank beside a river; the man on the left, in a black suit, extends his right arm outward, while the man on the right, shirtless, holds a large, round object in his hands, both remaining motionless throughout the loop. A blue road sign reading "РИБЦІ" stands between them, with trees and a cloudy sky in the background.
