A man in a dark jacket laughs and moves his head rapidly, creating a blurred image, while another man in a grey and black jacket laughs and claps his hands in a room with framed text on the wall and industrial equipment. The scene alternates between the close-up of the laughing man and the wider shot of the two men reacting with amusement.
