A man wearing a white headband with a red circle and a white robe has grotesquely deformed facial features, including bulging, bloodshot eyes that protrude from his face. His skin is stretched and wrinkled, and he makes exaggerated facial expressions, including opening his mouth wide and pulling his eyes forward, before the eyes are shown being pulled out of their sockets and hanging from his face.
