Description: Two spherical street lamp globes alternate between being brightly illuminated and dimmed, creating a pulsing effect against a backdrop of dark tree branches and leaves. The lamps are mounted on a central ornate fixture, and the alternating light causes the surrounding foliage to flicker in the warm glow.
