Sigaret

A black and white cat lies on its back in a person's lap, holding a cigarette in its mouth, while the person's hands gently hold the cat's paws and adjust its position. The cat remains mostly still with its eyes open, occasionally shifting its head slightly, as the person manipulates its limbs and the cigarette.
