A woman in a dark blue dress is pressed against a tiled wall, her body contorting as she is pushed and pulled by an unseen force, her arms flailing and head thrown back in apparent distress, before she collapses to the floor. The scene takes place in a dimly lit, grimy room with a tiled wall and floor, where splatters of white and yellow liquid are visible.
