A group of stylized cartoon ponies with colorful manes and tails are shown in a horizontal line across the top of the frame, moving from left to right in a continuous loop. The background is a light blue with a white horizontal band at the bottom, and the ponies are partially obscured by a series of horizontal bars that shift and change color across the screen.
