A man in a white shirt and dark pants repeatedly swings a long, thin object, possibly a stick or pole, in a circular motion around his body while standing on a dirt ground at night. He is surrounded by a crowd of onlookers and a large, blue and white metal structure, possibly a ride or frame, with bright lights illuminating the scene.
