Demob boys

Two men are perched on a thick branch of a pine tree, one in camouflage and the other in a red hat, while a third man in a red and black jacket stands on the ground below, looking up and gesturing with his right hand. The man in camouflage remains seated, while the man in the red hat shifts his weight and extends his arms for balance as the man on the ground continues to gesture and speak.
