Two martial artists in white uniforms and protective headgear, one with red and one with blue, compete on a blue and red mat inside a gymnasium. They engage in close combat, exchanging kicks and blocks, until the competitor in red executes a takedown, causing the competitor in blue to fall to the mat, after which the referee steps in.
